UNDER DECK RECONSTRUCTION

Following are some pictures of a home before and after we completed an outdoor living space under the existing deck. On this project C & M Residential Services completely turned an area underneath an existing deck and porch that was rarely used into a space that anyone would enjoy most of the year around. C & M installed the paver patio, transformed the existing 4 x 4 deck post into decorative columns, installed a “Rain Away” ceiling overhead which eliminates moisture from the deck above making the area dry, installed a custom fireplace with lockable TV cabinet over head and built a storage room (to the far left) that looks as if it was built with the house.
