New Services offered by C & M Residential Services

C & M Residential Services is pleased to offer a variety of services for your home. In the fall of 2006, we decided to change our name from C & M Landscape Company to "C & M Residential Services, Inc." While "Landscape" is still a large part of what we do, we view ourselves as a company that has the ability to professionally perform a variety of "Residential Services" around your home. We have been performing the services listed below for quite some time for our customers as part of the installation and construction process. We are now offering these services to you as an ongoing process to properly maintain and preserve the work that we have performed in the past at many of your homes. In the future we plan to expand on these services into many more aspects of home related "chores" that many of our customers have expressed that they do not know how to do or do not wish to do. Very soon we plan to establish a maintenance division to include mowing, edging, blowing, leaf removal, pruning, fertilization and much more on a weekly basis. We are also in the process of establishing personnel to perform HVAC service, electrical services, painting, and much more. Irrigation Service
Winterize- shut down for the winter. (December)
Turn off water source.
Bleed each valve to relieve pressure and drain system.
Shut off clock
Spring Start Up. (March 1 - April 15)
Turn on water source
Operate each zone and check for leaky or bad valves and heads- replace as necessary
Set clock for proper watering schedule

Low Voltage Lighting Service
Check all bulbs and replace as necessary

Spring and Winter Clean ups
Leaf removal, remove fallen limbs, remove dead plants, prune plantings upon request, redefine existing bed lines, create new bed lines, pine straw and mulch application, and other services upon request.

Hauling or disposal if necessary

Pressure washing concrete, decks, and porches

Staining and sealing of decks, porches, arbors, and other wood structures.

Remove old annuals, prepare and amend beds, plant new annuals per client request, add fertilization to beds, and mulch.
